Who are we?
Eagle Mountainman Ranch Inc.
Mike Lamborne is the President of Eagle Mountain Ranch Inc. Mike, also known as Mountainman, has owned and operated his own business, Mountainman Art, for 20 years. He is a world renowned artist who does award winning murals and pinstriping on motorcycles throughout the United States, both on the rally circuit and from his home based shop in 
Circleville, West Virginia. He also works on the ranch when he is home - doing anything that needs to be done from carpenter work to making hay or taking care the horses. Mike’s wife Shirley works by his side at the rallies and at home. Shirley also does all the design work for the brochures, helps with the layout and puts together the materials for the web sites, for Eagle Mountain Ranch, Mountainman Art, and Mountainman Rally. She is also well known for her great hospitality and cooking.
Jason and Michelle live on Eagle Mountain Ranch with their three children. Jason worked several years as a heavy equipment operated for 
his grandfather’s logging company. He now has his own logging company, Top Notch Logging. He is instrumental in keeping the ranch in tip-top condition. Jason also has his own farrier business, Happy Horse Farrier
Services, which enables him to give our horses the care they need. He also trains both the horses for the disabled children and the other trail horses on the ranch. He is a guide for the trail rides and mountain top excursions. Michelle is the daughter of Mike and Shirley; 
she is a Registered Nurse, and the Director of Eagle Mountain Ranch Inc. She has worked as a labor and delivery and hospice nurse and is currently employed as clinic manager and clinic nurse for North Fork Primary Care Clinic in Riverton, WV. She is also a Certified Professional Coach, and brings unique skills and insights into her workshops, seminars, group and individual coaching, that provides invaluable support and resources to the parents and families of special needs children. The programs are conducted on location at the ranch as well as virtually, as an ongoing means of support that will remain with these families long after their stay at Eagle Mountain Ranch.
Michael, son of Mike and Shirley has 10 years of carpentry experience. He has been instrumental in the building and remodeling of the horse barn and shop on our ranch and construction of the round pen, fence building
and various other projects. He makes certain that everything is in working order, taking care of repairs, and assisting with the care of the animals. He is also a guide for the ranch. He is currently working at Bowman’s Hardware, in Franklin, WV, where he is in charge of maintenance and repair work for the appliance department.
Kathy, daughter of Mike and Shirley, is President of Extreme Results Now! and Empowerment Coaching Institute and former Senior Instructor for an online university. As a Power Profit Strategist and a Certified Professional Business Coach, her 21 years of experience in all aspects of small business ownership, team development, and helping small business owners do more with less, give her the perfect qualifications for making sure Eagle Mountain Ranch Inc. operates smoothly. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, Ricky, who is a Northern Virginia Contractor, and their son, Tyler. Little Tyler thinks ‘G-Mac’ (Granddaddy Mike) is a “High Tech Red Neck”.
Jason and Michelle’s three children are always taking a vital role in whatever adventure Eagle Mountain Ranch is working on. No job is too big or too small for these ambitious youngsters, from making hay, mending fence, or feeding the animals.
